Tooth decay dismay in our communities

Latino children in Connecticut are at risk of having some serious tooth decay. According to the recent DPH Health report "Community Health Data Scan for Connecticut," Latino children in Kindergarten and third grade have the largest percentage of tooth decay, 49.3%.
