Feedback to the Obama Team

Frank Rich's Op Ed in the Times this Sunday got my attention and spurred the question "How effective are we in speaking BACK to the Obama administration. The lack of regulatory reform in Rich's review is stunning and I admit to being complacent and "hoping" the outcome would be more substantial in the future. What do others think and what's the most effective way to register wide-spread disapproval?
